PAID SHIPPING: One among the following couriers through surface mode will be selected for your order, depending on the availability - DTDC/DELHIVERY/EKART/XPRESSBEES - The shipping charges are as follows depending on the weight of the shipment:

  • Upto 500 grams: Rs. 49
  • 0.51 to 2 kg: Rs. 99
  • 2.1 kg to 5 kg: Rs. 199
  • 5.1 kg to 10 kg: Rs. 299

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Usually 2 business days, sometimes can extend upto 4 days if there is a "rare" delay in printing cover pages.

DELIVERY TIME: Once your order is picked up by courier, you can expect the delivery to be done as per the following timeline (unless there are some "rare" logistic delays during the transit)

    7 Days (Capital Cities in Northern, Central & Eastern India),
    9 days (Tier 2-3 cities in Northern, Central & Eastern India),
    9 to 15 days (North-Eastern India).
  • PAID Shipping:

Incorrect Address/Failed Delivery: Please ensure that the address and contact details provided are correct.
Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information is not the
responsibility of NotebookBAE. Any costs or losses incurred
due to such circumstances is borne by the consumer who ordered the
products and no refund for shipping shall be eligible in such cases.

Delayed or Lost Orders: If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days from shipping, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.

Cash on Delivery (COD): It is not available because each notebook is manufactured on an order to order basis. We print & bind your notebook after receiving your order.

All shipments are packed with care and fragile stickers.

Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

CANCELLATIONS: Orders can be cancelled only be cancelled within an hour after placing the order. No orders are eligible for cancellation after one hour from the time of order. To cancel your order, please WhatsApp us with your order details, clearly mentioning that you wish to cancel your order.

Request for Refund for a lost shipment or fully damaged product:
Upto Full Refund (after verifying the details on a case to case basis).
For fully damaged shipments, the shipment unboxing video is mandatory for
full or any refund. Always record the unboxing of your shipments so that
you can show us the proof and demand your claim for refund.

Request for Refund for a partially damaged product (during shipping transit due to mishandling by the courier company):
No Refund for products that are partially damaged but functionality of
the product is preserved. This is a risk associated with shipping and is
beyond our control.

Request for replacement for a faulty product manufactured by NotebookBAE: Send us the video of the faulty product and we will replace the product for you without any questions.

No Returns: We do not accept returning of our shipments under any circumstances. If the shipment is found to be faulty, it can be refunded or replaced as per the policy mentioned above.

Please Note: On eligible refunds, we refund the amount through UPI or online bank transfer. We process refunds manually from our side so that the refund is credited to you almost immediately (except in circumstances where there is an issue with banking system). We do not provide store credit or hold your money with us. We believe in transparent and honest refunds.

Mandatory Requirements for Refund

Unboxing Video of Shipping: For
any claim regarding refund or replacement, unedited and uncut video of unboxing of the shipment (with shipping label clearly visible and
readable) is mandatory. Without the video proof in the above manner, No claims will be entertained.

Complete and Correct Address: The delivery agents do not always call the customer before delivery (It is
not mandatory for them to call as per their working protocol).
Therefore, it is important for you to provide complete and correct
address details. So that the delivery agent cannot commit fraud that
they attempted the delivery but couldn’t find the address and return the
shipment back to us. If you provide complete and correct address (House Number, Floor Number, Building Name/Society Name, Nearest Landmark, Main Road, Area & Sub-Area Name and Correct Pin Code), then it is
the responsibility of NotebookBAE to deliver the product to you.
NotebookBAE takes no liability when incorrect and incomplete address is
provided.

Correct Phone Number & Email: The Phone Number and email provided should always be functional and
reachable. If the phone number is switched off or the customer is not
available during the shipment delivery attempt, then NotebookBAE is not
liable for any refund or replacement during such circumstances. If the
customer is not available due to any situation, he/she should assign or
communicate any other person on their behalf to receive the delivery of
the shipment

Disclaimer about Notebooks

Printing & Cutting of papers is not a flawless process, sometimes dots or
blemishes or page color may be faded due to excessive ink toner on the
page during the printing process. Such occurrences are a normal part of
printing process and do not affect writing quality or functionality of
the product.

Payment & Shipping Policy (FAQ)

What are the accepted payment modes?

All payments are Pre-paid and are made through the either payment gateway or UPI Payments (Manual).

Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available?

COD payment usually has upto 10% of the order value as COD fee which is passed onto the customers by an inflated product price. Also, COD is not serviceable for all pin-codes and by all courier companies. Additionally, if COD orders are not accepted by the customer, the seller has to pay the return courier fee. Due to all these reasons, COD is not available on our platform.

What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released in the market. It is a situation where the seller will take such orders and ship all those orders at once on a future pre-decided date. Pre-orders usually have large discounts because the customers of pre-orders are usually the first ones to order.

What is a Regular order?

It is a situation where the order is processed under normal circumstances. The discounts may or may not available, but if available, will be lower than the Pre-order discount. Regular orders are usually shipped in 2 to 3 days after receiving the full payment.

How are your products shipped?

NotebookBAE ships all physical products through "Shiprocket" or “INDIA Post”.

When will you receive your shipment tracking link?

After the "Courier person" picks up your order, You will receive a tracking link on your email and/or mobile number that you have shared while
placing the orders.

What are the risks of Shipping your product?

NotebookBAE takes utmost care of packaging and makes sure that the products are in good condition before shipping. However, sometimes it can so happen that your product may get lost or get damaged due to the mishandling by the courier company. Very Minor damages are sometimes seen due to mishandling by the courier company, but full damage or loss of product
is extremely rare.

What to do if your shipment is lost or damaged beyond the ability to use the product?

If you have entered the correct and complete shipping details while
placing the order, then you have nothing to worry. Just contact us and
we will make sure that you get complete refund or replacement for any
product that is lost or fully damaged (after verifying the details on a
case to case basis). If you have entered the incorrect or incomplete
shipping details (please note that no mention of house number or building name is considered as incomplete shipping details), then NotebookBAE has no liability for what happens with your order once it is shipped from our location.

How to change address and phone number after placing order?

It is not possible to change address and phone number details once the
shipping label is generated. Please exercise due care while entering
your shipping details.
