■ Standard Delivery Timeline (Post Dispatch) for Surface Mode (By Road) :

– 5 to 7 days: capital cities

– 7 to 9 days for interior districts,

– 9 to 12 days for remote villages.

■ COD Unavailable: Each notebook is made-to-order (printed & bound post order), hence Cash on Delivery is not offered.

Order Types

■ Pre-order:

– Placed before official product launch.

– Shipped together on a future date.

– Usually includes discounts.

■ Regular Order:

– Processed normally and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

– Discounts, if any, are smaller than pre-order offers.

Shipping Platform & Tracking

■ Shipping Provider: We use Shiprocket for most delivery locations and India Post for any remote locations.

■ Tracking Link: Sent via email and/or SMS once picked up by the courier.

Shipping Risks & Damages

■ Packaging: We ensure all items are securely packed before shipping.

■ Minor Damage: Slight scuffs may occur due to courier handling. Minor damages that do not affect the core functionality of the product (such as light corner bends or surface marks) are not eligible for refund or replacement.

■ Major Loss/Damage:

– Major loss or damage refers to cases where the product is either completely lost in transit or damaged to the extent that its core functionality (such as writing or handling) is affected.

– If your address was correctly entered, you’re eligible for refund or replacement

– If your address was incomplete or incorrect (e.g. "No mention of" house number/building name/street name/main road/area name/nearest landmark), NotebookBAE is not liable for any refund or replacement.

Post-Dispatch Issues:

■ Address/Phone Change: Not possible after shipping label is generated. Please double-check before confirming order. Shipping Label is generated in 15 minutes after the order is successfully placed.

■ Tracking: For delays or courier issues, contact Shiprocket or India Post customer care.
– Once the order is dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the link sent via SMS/email. We are not in a position to manually track or follow up on behalf of customers. Our team will assist only in cases of lost or damaged shipments. For delivery updates, customers are expected to follow up directly with the courier using the tracking information provided.

– All shipments are carefully packed using secure materials and clearly marked with ‘Fragile’ stickers to ensure safe handling during transit. We take every precaution to minimize the risk of damage while your order is in the hands of the courier.

■ Why COD Isn’t Available:

– COD adds up to 10% extra cost, which gets passed on to customers through inflated prices

– It’s not available in all pin codes and many courier partners don’t support it

– Most importantly, COD leads to a large number of non-serious or fake orders, and when such orders are rejected at delivery, we still have to bear the return shipping costs

– As a small business, COD creates a heavy burden on us — both operationally and financially

– That’s why we have chosen not to offer COD, and instead focus on keeping prices low and processes simple

– We also offer a transparent and quick refund/exchange policy, so you can shop with full confidence and trust

■ Order Cancellation:

– Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order

– No cancellations allowed after 1 hour.

■ Refund for Lost or Fully Damaged Shipment:

– Up to full refund, based on case-by-case verification.

– For fully damaged items, shipment unboxing video is mandatory.

■ Refund for Partially Damaged Product (During Transit):

– No refund if the product is partially damaged but functionality is preserved.

– Such minor damages are a shipping risk and beyond our control.

■ Replacement for Faulty Product (Manufacturing Defec that affects functionality or handling of the product):

– Share a clear video of the faulty product.

– We will replace it for you — no questions asked.

■ No Returns Accepted:

– We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.

– Faulty shipments can only be refunded or replaced as per policy.

■ How Refunds Are Processed:

– Eligible refunds are sent via UPI or bank transfer.

– We process all refunds manually and quickly, not as store credit.

– Your money is never held back, and we believe in transparent refunds.

■ Printing & Cutting:

– Printing and cutting is a manual and mechanical process — minor dots, blemishes, or faded areas may occur due to toner flow during printing.

– These are normal variations and do not affect the writing quality or core functionality of the notebook.

– Rare cutting errors of up to 1 cm may occur due to machine alignment shifts .

■ Unboxing Video Requirement:

– For any refund or replacement claim, an unedited, uncut unboxing video is mandatory

– The shipping label must be clearly visible and readable in the video

– No claims will be accepted without proper video proof

■ Complete & Correct Address:

– Delivery agents are not required to call before delivery — many don’t

– To avoid delivery frauds or fake "address not found" claims, you must provide complete and correct address details, including:

 – House Number, Floor Number

 – Building/Society Name

 – Nearest Landmark, Main Road

 – Area & Sub-Area Name

 – Correct Pin Code

– If the address is complete and correct, delivery is our responsibility

– If the address is incomplete or incorrect, NotebookBAE holds no liability for failed deliveries

■ Correct Phone Number & Email:

– The phone number and email provided must be active and reachable

– If the number is switched off or the customer is unavailable during delivery, NotebookBAE is not responsible for missed delivery or refund

– In such cases, customers should assign someone else to receive the shipment on their behalf
